Randy's responsibilities include the development and execution of Summer Street's strategic marketing, public outreach, and sourcing strategy. He is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality deal flow from Summer Street's key referral sources and company relationships. Randy leads the deal sourcing strategy for the Environmental, Education, and Healthcare Investment Teams.

How he came to Summer Street.
Prior to joining Summer Street, Randy celebrated a 15-year career with Automatic Data Processing (ADP, Inc.), having held senior positions in both sales and sales management. Randy has been recognized with numerous national awards.

Randy earned an Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rowan University. Randy holds a certificate in family business advising from the Family Firm Institute.
